The Villa Romeral is a beautiful large glorious house set in a fabulous position, just on the outskirts of Nerja. The property is light, airy and very spacious for a big family or groups sharing sleeping ten to eleven persons. As you enter across the huge open terrace around the pool with covered pergola you’ll notice that the house has marble floors throughout every room and is spacious and full of light. There is an L shaped lounge with open fireplace, and dining room with terrace all around.
The spacious well equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need including a dish washer, microwave and a multitude of mod cons. The cloakroom has a washing machine and a dryer. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom are both en suite. As we make our way up the sweeping marble stairs to third twin bedroom, marvel at the magnificent roof terraces with views all over Nerja to the sea and surrounding mountains.
Below is a completely self contained apartment, with separate access which is very popular with teenagers. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and downstairs we have a kitchen diner room and walk in shower bathroom. All of the separate flat is newly built in a modern style with three large French windows overlooking the valley below and across to the mountains.
The villa is delightfully private without being isolated. You can walk to the town through the countryside and easy access to the property comes one kilometre from motorway to Malaga.
