There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and separate pantry, fridge, washing machine et cetera. Also below there is a self contained apartment with kitchenette, bathroom and a double sofa bed with independent access.
The house is built around the private pool which measures eight by four metres with a feature fountain and also an external Jacuzzi. There is also a raised covered terrace overlooking the pool and separate built tiled table for entertaining large parties, B.B.Q., sun lounges et cetera. The house is central heated by gas, satellite television and air conditioning to kitchen, gallery and main bedroom.
