The first of the properties we would like to offer is the Villa Cecilia, as with all of our properties it is located in Nerja, a very popular spot with the British. This is one of most popular properties as it is a very spectacular villa in an Andalucian style. The villa is located in the countryside offering you some spectacular views but it is less than twenty minutes walk the the centre of Nerja.
The villa itself has five bedrooms which sleep ten people comfortably meaning two families or a group of friends can easily share the cost of the long term rental property. There is a large lounge and a spacious dining room which has some fantastic views of the local mountains and also of the nearby valley. The large kitchen is equipped with everything that you will need for a self catering long term holiday.
Also attached to the villa is a self contained apartment with a small kitchen and separate bathroom. This apartment has a sofa bed so a couple more guests can come and visit when you are here on a long term holiday and stay in comfort.
