Nueva Nerja is a lovely four bedroom villa comprising of three twins and one double, two full bathrooms and a W.C. The kitchen is well equipped and is set next to a spacious dining area. The spacious lounge looks out to the sunny terraces and the private pool, which is thirty foot by twelve, perfect for laps or fun. Also all in the same level there is a barbeque area, and roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains.The property faces south so you get the sun all day. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but still walking distance to Nerja's town centre and beaches, most walking journeys are around five to ten minutes. We recommend no more than eight persons for a comfortable stay.
